We're excited to announce a new digital training programme in partnership with Skills Development Scotland. This FREE pilot consists of four workshops which are being delivered by TeamVine. In this module, you will gain key insights into how you can develop customer-centric teams.

This will be an interactive online workshop using Teamvine’s new multiplayer software platform, where you can:
- Learn how to develop a customer-centric mindset throughout your teams
- Get quick insights into effective teamworking, collaboration and creativity
- Understanding the dynamics of the customer/supplier networks
- Learn how to drive behavioural change through reflection rather than instruction
By mirroring real-life organisational problems, these workshops allow users to practise new behaviours and strategies for remote working in a controlled environment. Through reflection and discussion on your performance, you can discover insights that are transferable to your day-to-day role and, in turn, develop your Creativity, Problem-solving and Communication skills.
Users will learn to work better together and enhance their interpersonal skills. When teams work well together, employees are happier, have greater role clarity, and are more engaged.
Duration: This event will run from 1pm to 4pm. This is to allow time to run through the exercises and implement the learnings in a fun and engaging way.
