 ned to help employers develop and retain engineeri
 ng talent\, this innovative work-based degree enab
 les apprentices to remain in full-time employment 
 while studying through a flexible block release de
 livery model. Apprentices apply their learning dir
 ectly in the workplace\, delivering immediate valu
 e to their organisation while working towards an h
 onours degree.\n \n The programme covers key indus
 try-relevant areas including Electrical &amp\; Pow
 er Systems\, Automation and Control\, Digital Engi
