 This in‑person tabletop exercise places Scottish
  manufacturers in a fast‑moving ransomware scena
 rio (MITM &rarr\; ransomware)\, complete with real
 ‑world pressures such as fraud risk\, media scru
 tiny and production‑critical decisions. &nbsp\;P
 articipants will practise the decisions that matte
 r most and leave with a clear set of practical imp
 rovements they can implement straight away.\n \n R
 unning the session between Shackleton Technologies
  &amp\; Partners&amp\; anchors the exercise in rea
 lity. &nbsp\;Participants gain a clearer understan
 ding of:\n \n \n 	How early actions (such as notif
 ication timing\, use of panel IR\, and evidence pr
 eservation) affect coverage\, response speed\, and
  outcomes\n 	The controls and behaviours that mate
 rially reduce fraud loss\, business interruption\,
  and reputational damage\n 	The importance of docu
