DESCRIPTION:This session is taking place in Glasgow. There is 
 another session on the same topic in Edinburgh on 
 the&nbsp\;10th of March.\n \n Exercise in a Box is
  an online tool from the&nbsp\;NCSC&nbsp\;which he
 lps organisations test and practise their response
  to a cyber attack.\n \n This session will provide
  exercises\, based around the main cyber threats\,
  which an organisation can do in their own time\, 
 in a safe environment. It includes everything need
 ed for setting up\, planning\, delivery\, and post
 -exercise activity\, all in one place.\n \n With&n
 bsp\;the rise of ransomware attacks\, more than ev
 er\, it is essential that organisations are prepar
 ed in case they suffer an attack.&nbsp\;Effectivel
 y securing an organisation can be difficult as you
  are only as secure as your weakest link\, and wit
 h the everchanging face of cybersecurity it is dif
 ficult to prepare against possible attacks.\n \n T
 he&nbsp\;aims&nbsp\;of this exercise&nbsp\;are as 
 follows:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n \n \n 	Understand how you
 r organisation is prepared to deal with phishing a
 ttacks.&nbsp\;\n 	Recognise how the configuration 
 of your user accounts plays a major role in your d
 efences.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n 	Gauge how effectively yo
 u can recover data and resume operation after a cy
 ber-attack.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n 	Build trusted relatio
 nships and develop shared understanding between ke
 y stakeholders.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n 	Prepare and train
  key staff to think about what risks they are expo
 sed to.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n 	Operate in a no-fault env
 ironment to check and test cyber security defences
  and capabilities.&nbsp\;\n
