 eeD Women in Industry Award 2025. Joyce will sit d
 own with Arthian to share her journey as a trailbl
 azing leader in industry and her powerful work in 
 championing women&rsquo\;s participation in engine
 ering. Her story is one of resilience\, leadership
 \, and impact.\n \n Panel Discussion: Broadening t
 he Dialogue\n \n In past WiE sessions\, we&rsquo\;
 ve seen incredible engagement from women across th
 e sector&mdash\;but there&rsquo\;s been a noticeab
 le absence of men. As men still make up the majori
 ty of engineering roles and leadership positions\,
  their voices and actions are crucial to driving c
 hange. This panel will explore how we can bring mo
 re men into the conversation&mdash\;so they can be
 tter understand the challenges women face and beco
 me active allies in creating a more diverse and eq
 uitable workplace.\n \n Intersectionality in Engin
 eering\n \n Diversity isn&rsquo\;t one-dimensional

 faced by women of Colour\, neurodiverse women\, LG
 BTQ+ women\, and women from working-class backgrou
