DESCRIPTION:Join an exclusive round table discussion hosted by
  CeeD\, in collaboration with the Manufacturing Sk
 ills Academy at NMIS and supported by CeeD member 
 and past SMAS practitioner\, Allan McLaughlan. Our
  belief is that many organisations continue to fac
 e challenges in equipping their teams with the nec
 essary skills to achieve Operational Excellence. T
 his is not limited to those directly responsible b
 ut extends to any team or team member within the o
 rganisation.\n \n Event Details:\n \n \n 	Date:&nb
 sp\;Thursday 1st May 2025\n 	Time:&nbsp\;9am for a
  9.30am start\, wrap up by approx. 12pm (there may
  be a short tour after)\n 	Location:&nbsp\;Nationa

 d Table:&nbsp\;We aim to engage a selected group o
 f CeeD members to explore and discuss the critical
  skills and capabilities needed to foster a cultur
 e of operational excellence. This facilitated foru
 m will provide an opportunity for participants to:
 \n \n \n 	Share their respective challenges in an 
 open and supportive environment.\n 	Contribute to 
 the design and development of a meaningful learnin
 g program.\n 	Exchange knowledge and experiences w
 ith peers to build additional learning on the day.

 in establishing a CeeD Operational Excellence netw
 ork that will meet regularly to share best practic
