 ymous survey about your strategic deals capability

 anonymous survey above\, enabling you to see you l
 evel of collective capability.\n 	Talk you through
  the 16 steps and the associated activities requir
 ed to improve your win ratio.\n 	Give examples of 
 strategic deals won and lost\, and the underlying 
 reasons why.\n 	Provide handouts (also available e

 c deal\, also known as a must-win deal or a big be
 t\, is transformative for your business\, the peop
 le who work on it\, and the customer.\n \n Strateg
 ic deals are complex\, time-consuming\, expensive\
 , resource-sapping\, distracting\, exhausting\, ri
 sky\, and career-defining\, either positively or n
 egatively.\n \n They could be a&nbsp\;new logo win
 \, competitive knockout\, or new capability. Equal
 ly\, they could be the renewal of an existing\, va
 lued contract&nbsp\;or a&nbsp\;strategic expansion
  into an existing account.
