DESCRIPTION:Research companies and academia have a pivotal rol
 e to play in shaping the future of the water secto
 r. Our Wastewater Development Centre in Bo&rsquo\;
 ness is Scotland&rsquo\;s first full-scale test fa
 cility dedicated to supporting research and innova
 tion in the waste water sector. Located on a live\
 , operational treatment works\, the centre enables
  innovators to demonstrate new processes and equip
 ment in a dedicated and safe environment. \n \n Th
 e centre benefits from a small-scale wastewater tr
 eatment test rig\, enabling greater flexibility an
 d scenario testing\, as well as a screening area t
 o facilitate testing at the inlet works.\n \n All 
 discharges are then returned into the normal treat
 ment process giving companies unique access to liv
 e test conditions without causing risk to operatio
 nal assets.\n \n Come along to learn more about ho
 w the process works\, what innovations we are curr
 ently testing and how you can get involved. \n \n

 ty boots\n 	Hi-vis jacket (waterproof clothing wit
 h a hood may also be required)\n \n \n We can prov
 ide goggles and gloves. \n \n Please note\, you wi
 ll not be granted access to the site without the f
 ull required PPE. Please let us know as early as p
 ossible if you require additional PPE. \n \n For t

 ppropriate waterproof clothing in case of bad weat
