Global Leaders of the Future

All the latest research on the UK economy although showing positive growth areas, shows an even further reliance on smaller SMEs, and a lack of scaleability outside the technology sectors.  A major shortage is within those equipped with the skills to scale and lead Global organisations. This may give you two main questions;

What is a Global Leader?

You are (or potentially are) a Global Leader if;

• you lead an internationalizing business

• you are a country manager

• you manage diversity across cultures while interacting with stakeholders in their functional responsibilities related to e.g. supply chain, human resources and finance

• you lead international functional or project teams

• you have the potential and ambition to measurably grow your own global leadership skills.

What are the competencies, traits and behaviours of a Global Leader?

This session will attempt to answer this and to give you acces to some of the latest global leadership thinking.  It will be interactive, challenging and thought provoking and for some may be the start, or the push we all sometimes need to optimize who we can become.

What will you leave this session with;

• An understanding of the proven leadership competencies for Global leaders.

• An opportunity to develop yourself as a truly Global Leader.

• Basic understanding of the triggers that affect these behaviours.

• A 10-minute tool to operate daily to develop your own performance and transform you.

Within the 45minute session we will look at;

• The four trends accelerating continuous change.

• Why Global Leadership competencies? The research of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching and and how does this link with Entrepreneurs.

• The Top 5 Leadership competencies in measureably growing Global Leaders.

• The 5 Timeless Leadership competencies.

• The 5 Large Gap Leadership competencies.

• The other triggers that impact your behaviours.

• Developing yourself daily.

The main session will be followed with a Q&A with Graham and a buffet lunch.
