Many will think that innovation starts and ends at product development. Not true. Indeed we saw in the previous session on Business Model Generation that financial innovation has the greatest impact on earnings. We'll talk through Technical AND Cultural innovation, introducing the notion of futurology, brainstorming and techniques we can use to enhance and capture idea generation.
